Positive, 4-edged indexable insert with tough fine-grained substrate and CVD coating concept without chip control, for machining simple cast iron materials (GJL, GJS, malleable cast iron) under stable ambient conditions. Can also be used for medium and fine machining of steel materials and hardened materials up to max. 60HRC.
